Hey, was just wondering what you guys think would be the best aftermarket 5" Tach to get. Autometer has like 5 different series of Tachs they offer including the C2, Cobalt, Lunar, Phantom, etc... Also Tenzo R has some kool tachs as well. Gonna get one with a shiftlight, so just wondering if anyone knows which company makes very accurate tachs and such. Thanks!

usually any after market tach is more accurate than the stop. personally i like the auto meter 'cobalt'.... thats a nice series, and i think it would match up with our gauges.

 

I second the Cobalt series, thought they are a tad pricey. That's what I have that'll be going into my car when I get to that point... now I just have to figure out a way to "hide" them behind that plastic dash-window-thingy so you can't see them when the car's off... hehehe
