Need intructions installing coilovers/springs..

Any one here that installed there own coil overs?...if so was it hard?..

and is there anyone out there that has written a step by step instruction on it?...

if so, please inform me. thanks

i did......

although i had access to spring compressor and air tools...

for coilover and spring is same basic steps, for spring you have to compress it ....using compressor........oh what im doing? do the search thing man......goodluck
