Default ITR CLuster into 96 GSR

I tried putting a ITR cluster in a 96 GSR and the ABS and SRS lights are on. The fuel gauge be jumping up and down, past F and E, and the water temp dont work. Any ideas? Is this a plug and play deal or is tehre some wiring issues I need to work out?

Thanks.
