Default Any Difference between 99' ECU and 2000' ECU for the Prelude???

Hey guys, I was just wondering if there are any differences in the ECU for the 99 and 00 Preludes. My friend just had his VAFC installed in his 99 Lude by a shop down in Texas and I have a 2000 with a VAFC also that I haven't installed yet. Are the ECU exactly the same where I can follow his wiring and wire mine or are there some differences where this wouldn't work. If anyone know please help me out, thanks in advance.......
