ebay spoon mirrors
My friend told me that i could mount the 92-95 mirrors on an ef but i don't know how to do it. i assume you have to cut some stuff and do a little rearranging but if anyone knows and could help me out, I'd appreciate it!
I still dont understand why people want the EG style mirrors on an EF, why not just buy the fake spoon mirrors for an ef? They say its a different base, but whats so different looking about it for people to modify them to fit? I got the EF fake spoon mirrors on my crx and they look fine
Now it is not worth converting EG mirrors to work on EFs.
A while back, Spoon style mirrors were only vavilable for the EG, so if you wanted the spoons you had to convert EG ones.

Here are those "Spoon" style mirrors from auto dynamic....they look kinda funny...see how the base "SLOPES" a lil...weird huh? hard to see in the pic though...also they look kinda glossy, not that plastic look that Vision MC mirrors are.

when i read a description on these they said they were black "unpainted" maybe thats why theyre shiny and not more flat plastic looking?? i dont know too shiny would be bad for me but i wanna see what they look like though. if any ones got pics on an ef that would be cool

Here are the 88-91 civic hatchback ones i got off Autodynamic.com for my crx.
They take some getting used to at first since they are smaller and have less view, but i love the way they look. Installation wasn't that hard, all you need is a drill and just line them up wherever you want, then drill it and bolt it on, not that hard.

now drillin is only required if your puttin the ef ones on a crx right?
