i tried a serch couldnt find it...

well i was just wondering that will cams really help on a LS teg AUTO ? i mean it has i/h/e and thats abt it.. so u guys think cams will help ? its an auto thou ? my cousnes ride clean looking but kinda too slow.. ?? thanks for any info ?

what really can help an integra auto?

--5spd trans
--5spd ecu
--dohc vtec head

that should "help" a little
