You shouldn't have a problem. Someone please correct me if I'm wrong, but from the 3rd - 5th gen preludes have nearly identical suspension components... except for certain instances of course, as in the 4WS and SH. The TEIN's that are on my 4th gen originally came off of a 5th gen lude... HTH
