I got a line on a used vacuum forming machine this week, and was wondering if it is big enough to form the lexan windows, etc that you guys need or have tried to make.

Give me an idea of the overall size, and I will see if this machine is large enough to form them. This is a way back burner project, so don't get your hopes up.

By the way, if there are any other plastic parts that you can make use of that can be formed on a vacuum former.....(process is where you take a flat sheet of plastic, heat it in a controlled manner and then suck it down over a mold with vacuum) post them up. Maybee we can start something up.
