difference between usdm and jdm type r exhaust

difference between usdm and jdm type r exhaust
yeah i was just wondering what is the difference between the usdm type r cat back stock exhaust system and the jdm type r one.....i heard they are both mandrel bent only difference is the usdm is 2.25" and i heard the JDM one is 2.5" is that true please let me know.....thanks in advance

why would I wanna do that?? I have a Apexi N1 anyways though....would like to sell my stock one but they are cheap here AND its almost impossible to ship to anywhere else..

probably not, but I would trade the POS header and bottleneck for a nice SS JDM 4-1 header and cat...
