Ok its a 93 teg tranny I put a 95 teg starter in it. When I turn the key It just makes on click and then nothing...what could be wrong? We have it grounded. Think the starter is just bad since it just clicks and thats all?

Take the starter off and go to Pepboys or any parts place like that. They'll induce power to it and make sure that it works and spins. If it does, then you know something else is the problem (btw, is your car 5-spd or auto? that makes a difference too on what problems to look for).

found the problem. the little prong that plugs into the starter was not plugged in right it felt liek it was in but it wasnt.
