Default Paranoid?

Ok so i have an accord coupe (auto) 2002 14k miles on it. And for about the past 500 miles, its been kinda sounding like its getting older. When I have my foot on the gas and i let go fast it kinda jerks. And same with normal driving when i accelerate. It does the same thing, that kind of jerking when it switches gear. Do you think its normal or is there something in my tranny maybe? oh and how often should i change my cai filter?

sounds normal for an auto....UNLESS since you mention the CAI, if the CAI on the 2002 is putting any kind of torque on the cable that goes from the tranny to the throttle rotor...that will cause REALLY hard jerks.....take a look at that.

CAI filter shouldn't be changed - it should be cleaned, and I do it about once every 2 months, I'm sure there is a recommended level, but I try to keep mine relatively clean but not too clean as they do filter a little better when dirty.
