Default energy suspension bushings/ type r shocks

have any of you guys installed energy suspension bushings on your cars ( not necessarily yourself) if so any squeaking problems or anything? how does it ride and handle? just was wondering because ive had some good and bad feedback on this. On a seperate note how much stiffer are type r shocks as opposed to gsr's? i put type r springs on my car ( by the way which i highly reccommend over most others) and i want a decsent shock to pair with them. i know if i use itr shocks than i need the lower controll arms.......what do u people recommend koni....bilstein?

thanks

I have the full Energy Sus. kit in my 93 and I love it. Excellent feedback, no squeeking and very little trade off in ride comfort (of course my car already rides stiff as a board)

bilsteins, KYB AGX's, koni, tokico or ITR shocks will do fine

spring rates for GSR 212f/117r linear
ITR 246f/140-246 progressive
