Good luck man Just for comparison I hit 220 untunned(well only some fuel curve changes) with toda b's in my 13.0 cr 2.0ltr. So if these spec d's can make the power that some people claim I dont think you will have a problem reaching your goal.

I run a Smsp header with 2 3/4 collector, then it goes 2 3/4 till my cat which just before the first turn, then 3in from the cat back. This is on a crx so my header collector goes back till my shifter allmost..lol

That's a good number in itself, but im sure you'll be able to make more power!

Make sure you post up those track times when you get them..

As for the exhaust, im running a headertech SS header w/ 3" collector, mated to a factory civic dx exhaust..looking for 240whp too...

oh yeah and a 3" QTEC...lol

Question for you all motor guys. What would give me better gains on a GSR engine: 1. Skunk 2 stage 1 cams, Skunk intake manifold, cam gears etc... or 2. AEBS 85 mm block/manley rods and 12:1 pistons w/ the stock GSR head. Just thinking about what would be the best bang for the buck right now. TIA.

compression is ALWAYS your friend... get the block. When you add cams later you'll appreciate it!
