How loud is this system and is it 50 state legal? Found a place selling for 490..good deal?

Yes it is loud. but i is very deep. I heard one on a GSR .IMO it sounds great

 

It is a nice exhaust except it has a 2" OD x 2" long bottle neck at the B pipe. Once we removed the bottle neck on a stock ITR with Toda header and a 94006 Carsound cat the customer picked up 4 HP with only the adapter.
