I believe the wiring harnesses will be the same, so you won't have to mess with wires, but just take things apart. Just look for every screw. Take off the armest piece, then take off the ashtray area..just make sure you get all the screws, look around, and it's very easy, straighforward.
It should take about an hour for the 1st time to take apart and put together.
MorningZ from SupErHonda.org had instructions on his website ( http://www.morningz.com ) You should look for instructions there..he's also very helpful if you have any questions.

I don't see why it wouldn't work. And to remove the CD oem cd player, follow the instructions on this link (even though the stereo is cassette). It's the same for the newer CD units. Then do the reverse for install. http://integra.cyberglobe.net/caraud...grams/removal/

Hey if you follow those instructions youre going to do a whole lot more work than is necessary. All you need to do to pull that radio out is lay on your back on the passenger side and look up and behind the dash. When you do that youll see the back of the radio. The only thing that holds our radios in is 2 8mm or 10mm screws. The screws do have a phillips head on em but theyre usully in too tight to use a regular screwdriver. Best bet is to get a 1/4in drive ratcet with extension and the 8mm or 10mm on theendofit and just take out those two screws from behind. Its easiest if you do one from the pass side and one from the driver side sometimes. This is kina a ackward position to be in but at least you dont have to worry aboutcracking or scratching your console, and is usually alot faster cause after you get those 2 screws out you can just push on the back of the radio and it slides right out. Ive done this for a livingfo 3 years so believe me I know what Im talking about. Good luck.
