Default Best Junkyard Gems

What's the best thing you've ever found at a junkyard?

turbos for $40, and i know where a CRX sits with a ZC in it right now...pretty nasty front end collision though and the drivers mount location on the block is broken.

a yellow ITR shell. it had been stripped of everything and dropped off at the junkyard by some guy. i was thinkin about taking the washer fluid reservoir cap so i could say "i've got a real type r washer fluid reservoir cap on my car", but then i came to my senses and walked away. seriously though, the best thing i've found so far was my gsr/si front strut bar for $25

SBC 400cid for next to nothing, it was a #511 casting code also
I made quite a potent powerplant during my old V8 days. Not much for Civic stuff, you can't really find much around my area. I guess the best thing I found was an optional audio console.

i got an ex armrest for 5 bucks. i haven't spent too much time digging in junkyards, but my friend got a aem cai for his dx for 20 bucks and a lx cluster for 20. you can find some pretty good deals, especially if the guys there don't know the demand for certain honda parts.

I can honestly say I have never found anything real cool. I guess my best junkyard find was an almost mint condition OEM EG front lip. But other than that, I usually just find what I am looking for and nothing really exciting... I wish I was the guy that found $540!

Rear disc brakes off a gs-r for my hatch. The block was still in there too, but I didn't have enough money on me at the time.
