My AEROGear is the worst EVEr, Not as many cracks but ghetto as ****

 

Look at the shitty fitment. Like the size of my "Radiator" hehe

 

VIS is weak and easily damaged. my freind with a FI hood hit a ******* family car and it still looks pretty decent even though there are now spiderwebs in the cf. teh VIS hood my other freind had the clearcoat started to come off. imma keep stock hood.

 

Yeah my FI carbon fiber hood looks the same way except for the spiders. I hate it but I'll have to wait until I can afford another one.

I just had my car hit head on.. totalled the car, pushed the radiator around the turbo, and the vis hood was the only thing that held up.. not to say they are better then the FI at all, but it seemed very durable.. did have some spider cracks though

 

this is not a fiber images hood....under the hood..it should not have a skeleton like this

It should be like this:

This is my hood..and it is a fiber images...it should have a fiber images imprint at the top of the hood and also under the hood by the latch....this hood is 2.5 years old...

ya thats fo sho not an FI hood , my FI hood didnt have a spot for winshield washer squirters , this was a few years ago

well, it's got a spider in it, Black Widow, Black Widow spider, I guess it does.

 

i bought this second hand and i was told it was a fiber images. either way its still time for a new one. i just need a effin turbo and new struts and i should be set!!

the old FI hoods had a skeleton.

after seeing some pics of hoods flying open and needing hood pins for a cf hood. i'd rather stick with oem.
