Turbo or Supercharge my Garcia JDM ITR w/ chrome Volks?
What is the cost vs. performance comparisons between Turbo vs. Supercharging my Integra? How is the longevity of the engine affected? Which companies should I be considering? What other engine upgrades would be necessary to support the increased horsepower? Thanks!
scale of 1 - 10 i give it a 5
dont like the paint or the exhaust
kinna defeats the purpose of jdm front with that paint..but none the less
cuz you ahve jdm front
and also askign in the wrong forum

99% percent of the people here are gonna tell you to go turbo, just to forwarn you. I went with a supercharger because of the instant power, and reliability.

I like this car!
! Well in regards to your post:
Turbo = more power capable
SC = more out of box reliability
I think a turbo can be just as reliable as a SC as long as it is tuned correctly! I vote turbo for the cool sound yo!
Also get some 98+ tail lights to get rid of the amber! I think that would be a very good addition to your car

Wassup with the title? Did you really need to get into detail on the type of RIMS, COLOR, JDM or USDM, etc. of the car you want to supercharge/turbo? Did you think it might help?
Ok, the color of the car seems like it should be Turbo'd but the rims are just asking for a nasty Supercharging. Oh NM, the angled down muffler just wants to get NA.

lame thread.
but .. turbo of course. build a bottom end while you get everything else. in the end turbo will be much faster if you have lots of cash.

Thats a hot car. The paint is nice, i like when somebody does different ****. Those volks are nice i would love to have those same exact ones. I would turbo, an intercooler would look nice creepin through your front end.
since its got chrome volks i'd say supercharge it...but at the same time it is a garcia jdm itr and that just screams turbo.....i'm confused
What is with this Garcia JDM ITR stuff? I think that if you want to be fast with less hassle then get a supercharger if you want to gobs of power go with a turbo. Either way it would be ideal to tune but if you were to get a JRSC or Greddy turbo kit you could bolt on and be ok. As long as you use the greddy blue box.
omg thats one of the frutiest paint jobs i ever seen. That angles muffler
chrome volks(they were intended to be light)You dont deserve turbo, why dont you swap in a d series-motor and call it quits. Im guessing you last name is garcia, but why do u call your car the garcia jdm integra
Ths is a gay thread
I think your car looks good...who gives a **** about jdm this and that and all its clones...it's nice to see someone doing something different for once. The paint is really cool and the rims look hot with it. Being that i don't have a sc or turbo, i don't want to give any advice...cuz it's not really my place to do so. What are you lookin for in this car? That might help some people give you better suggestions...
hmmmmm
I kinda like that blue in the 2nd pic......
IMO. Turbo.
If you are set on boosting the blowdryer is the way to go.
do a search on some threads created by itr206 and Cheezefrog / st00pid. If they dont convince you to slap a blow dryer on your car. You're in my boat - N/A baby.

Guys, leave him the **** alone. Who cares if you guys don't dig the 'BLING BLING' chrome Volks or a chameleon paintjob... if it isn't your style, keep your comments to yourself. I think it's one of the more diverse Tegs I've seen, seeing most Tegs with chrome wheels have superwide body kits, 10 foot high wings, and more APC products than Carter has pills. You guys are clowning on his car like it's the gayest thing to hit H-T, whereas I've seen way worse, time and time again. It's his own style, respect that.
ok maybe we were a little hard. Atleast he used nice parts(jdm front, volks) I dont liek the bling bling yes, but i woudln't be so hard if it wasnt for the piant job, i I think black or white and it would look pretty sick. To each his own, but back to subject
What motor? My suggestion if this is your 1st turbo kit and dont know to much about turbo is get a good pieced all ready complete kit. As it seems form pics $ is no object. You may want to consider contacing KSmotorsports, kyle just put up and ad for $2800 shipped for revhard kit. This was my first kit and i loved it. The key to having a reliable turbo honda is tuning and maintence
The search archives here on honda-tech are full of info on turbo and fuel management. Also you will get a better response in the FI forum.

The problem that they have is one that can easily be seen if you open your eyes.
The guy is selling his car. This, in mine and their opinions, is a lame attempt to get people to see his car. Like they say...what do "chrome volks" and "garcia jdm" have to do with anything? How about "should I go turbo or SC"...as if showing us pictures of the car helps us decide better.
Pawn your **** in another forum dude, this is for tech discussion. And if you want to know the answer to your q....
