2001 b20Z , is it OBD2? Will the 01 dizzy work? Someone told me that the hood will clear the manifol
I need to know
Is the 2001 b20z, obd2? What dizzy should be used in an 92-95 EG?
I read that the b20z flat manifold can fit in a eg. Is this true? I know it should be changed for better flow in high RPMs but will it fit?

2001 B20Z motor is OBD-2 ver 2. Any LS distributor will bolt onto the head, as it's still an LS head. You can use any 92-95 Integra distributor and it'll plug right into your 92-95 Civic. Otherwise, repin your 2001 distributor to the OBD-1 plugs (off of your old stock motor) and use that distributor.... same electronics.
As for the manifolds, if you're talking about the chamber cover on the LS manifold, yes it'll clear the hood (someone posted pictures of it a few weeks ago... search for it) but if you're talking about the giraffe style manifold, no it won't fit under the hood.

We are going to use a OBD2 harness. So which dizzy is the best?</TD></TR></TABLE>

Only wiring that will be needed is going to be the knock sensor and the 4 wire O2 sensor convert? With a 94-95 LS ECU is that all?
Can the ECU get chipped to eliminate the knock sensor wiring?

There is no knock sensor circuit in the nonVTEC ECU's. You only need to convert to a 4 wire O2 if the car is a VX or CX. All other EG models already have 4 wire O2's.

yes, OBDII 99-01 style with lacking tach pick up on the dizzy you can use 92-5 LS/b18a/b dizzy for easy bolt on affair.
yes torque chamber clears just fine in a EG.
