kPa -> compression ratio?
i just ran a compresions check on a stock '91 crx si motor and the needle said 180 kPa anyone have any clues how i would convert that into compression ratio, i know that for stock its aeound 9.1
I hope it was PSI not kPa. 180 kPa would be only 26.1 PSI. I'm not sure exactly what the pressure should be, but 180 PSI sounds pretty good if all the cylinders are close. A service manual will have the sevice limits for compression tests.
