in there catalog it lists 2 sizes either 8mm or 9mm for the 1.8L ... what sizes do you guys use in ls/vtec,,,, im pickin them up in about an hour

depends on your set up.

LS rods need the 8mm. 2 machine shops i took them to said if they were to fit the 9mm in their then it would cause the rod to be weak in that area.

gsr rods are a tad bit bigger in that area and can house the 9mm bolt.
