What do you think the cleanest way would be to remove the little plastic bar things in my bumper?

The stuff behind the license plate.

 

lol I mean literally taking them out. I wanna cut them but then what do I do about the left over? Sand it down? I don't want to take any of the paint off tho ;/

you dont wanna mess up and have to get a new bumper.
But the second picture looks good.

 

leave it. it looks alot better then cutting it out.

 

well, if you dont want to have to get the bumper repainted due to cutting off the grill part of the bumper, id suggest taping off the bumper to expose the grill only and to sand down the grill area. then respray it with molding paint, which can be easily had from any pep boys or automotive shop similar to them. it'll hide the grill nicely. hope that helps.

I agree with him...
, but if you really want to do it, try using a dremel and take your time...

 

we did it to my civic and we used a cutting wheel and got the bulky parts and then used a dremel for the more detailed stuff...hope this helps

 

saw zaw :-D n then file down the rest while taping around the area itll look fine mine does and we didnt even file it. let me ask u what are u putting in there since u wanna cut the grill hmmmmm?????

looks good. I think its time i got rid of my 92-95 bumper and use my 96-97 bumper.

what brand and god damnit deals like this happen when i have a headgasket leak and need money to fix the damn heart
when is the setup going to be in soon right??? i would luv to see that setup around our area.

 

i think you should leave it, but if you have to cut it, use a dremel.

When I have the damn time lol. This weekend is Honda fest so I can't do it this weekend and the weekend after I'm going to the shore. I'm thinking the week after the shore I'll install all the fuel management drive it for a few days then start the turbo project on friday to leave a 3 day weekend to do what I need to do :-X

the second picture looks real good but im affraid that if you were to cut it out, then it would turn out like that, good luch though.
