they work, but it's not very safe. find some oem lugs asap, then you can use 1 tuner as a lug lock

hmmm. ??
looks like 50/50. Why is it unsafe to run tuner lugs on stock wheels? I wanted some red aftermarket lugs for my SI's.

factory lugs have an acorn shaped seating area, while tuner lugs have a tapered seating area. the factory alloy is made for an acorn style lug, so if you use a tuner lug, you wont have the maximum contact area that you could have with an acorn lug. i think people say it is unsafe because the lugs can loosen and fall off or something (worst case scenario?)
from my experience, i ran kyokugen lugs on my honda vx alloys for over a year with no problems at all.
