got in a wreck today :(

Default got in a wreck today :(

went up under the back of some suv, crumpled my hood ... no biggy really , but my front bumper looks a lil crooked, how can i tell if it bent my frame, if it did its not visible to me, should i just take it somewhere?

take the bumper off; see if the radiator support is bent and then see if the frame is bent

ok cool, ill take some pics also to post it on here so i can get some opinions . i just noticed my headlight is pointed way up now so somethings probly messed up...

yeh the frame is mos def bent back a good 1 inch. but.. i just aimed my headlight down almost all the way, it looks normal, i dunno if ill even get it straightened, will it mess my car up if i dont. and could i do it myself

most likely if you went straight under the back you didn't mess your "frame" up. you might have bent your radiator supports in, smashed up the headlight supports some but it takes a good off center hit to the car to bend the frame (depending on your speed good luck on fixin it tho, front end crinkles suck to fix, I'm doin mine right now.

well i hit the tow hook under their car, i missed my right headlight by about...and inch or less.

yeh thats what im doin, my dad was like thats an easy 1000 dollar + worth of damage, i was like foo quit smokin dat crack son, not really. but im gettin a cf hood when i sell some stuff..im poor.

Get a CF hood from ebay for cheap $$$ try to find a seller near you and pick it up. I say drive your car with no hood there and install it there too.

i can get a nice hood off ebay for 370 shipped, to my house. i guess ill just keep my hood on for now, im kinda afraid it might fly off, it doesnt latch down all the way, but ill keep it on till i can get the money for the cf one. and if it doesnt fit right cuz of my frame then ill get it fixed.
