How hard is it to remove the valvue cover? It looks pretty easy as just to unscrew it and thats about it....and I'm going to paint it as well. I will also do the same to the header cover. Any suggestions removing and/or painting them. Oh yeah..whats something good to remove rust. My header cover had alot of rust on it. Thanx fellows....

it's easy to take off, some times it takes a little work to to get it to come off after you take all the bolts out, but a simple procedure nonetheless. for painting just make sure you use high temp paint, and i wouldnt recommend painting the header cover cuz for one, it'll look stupid, and two, it'll start to discolor after a while and make your engine bay look less clean.

if you do decide to paint the header cover, don't use primer on it cuz it'll burn off when it gets real hot.

 

Thanx Fluxion.....thats pretty much what I needed to know....You know anything to get off the rust on the header cover and is it as easy to take off?
