Well considering that your coming into a Honda forum and asking this question most of the people here will say keep the CRX. Some may say sell it but the majority will say keep it. Now go to a MR2 website and post the same question and you will get more answers to sell it. It all comes down to you what do you want to do??!!

I love MR2's... You can't maybe keep your rex and buy the mr2 too ?? I have a TT stealth, civic, and 01' focus and make $12per hour and have a baby...

MR2's are just like stealth TT, they are VERY expensive to mod and maintance, and they are no joy to work on either..

I've tried to buy two different MR2's, one was sold the day before I came up with the money and the other no where near machanicly sound...

If you test drive the MR2 and have the money, you'll buy it. Its a totally different driving car vs anything you've ever prob. driven...

I saw one time that aftermaket cams were $900.... And if you can't work on the car ( I'm bet you can if your fearless ) good luck finding someone to work on it for you, and do a COMPETE 120K mile factory tune-up/mainatence deal on it BEFORE to buy BPU, if you get one...

MR2's are nice cars... they are a pain to mod though. My friend has one with just an Apex'i bov, and a jdm tranny with lsd and he runs a 14.3 at the track. It's a fun car to drive, but I sure wouldnt buy one because of how expensive it would be to keep up and mod.

Well as far as maintenance goes my friend and I do all the work and hes worked on many of MR2's we already planned on dropped the motor and tranny and servicing it and doing anything else needed while we have it out.....my crx should be faster then a 14.3 it can run that with stock+boost but not RWD and cant handle as much boost. I wanted to know how they drive and like the differences in models...I couldnt really find any toyota MR2 forums that were good just ppl wanting to show off their personal mr2's.
