And does Malta still have the George Cross in its flag?</TD></TR></TABLE>
Wow! Makes me wonder how you know that! Been to Malta? Yes we have still have the George Cross in the flag.
George I want to lower my R a bit maybe 3/4 inch (dont know how much yet). I choose GC cause since they are height adjustable I can decide how much I want to lower. If I change the stock springs to progressive ones the height can't be adjusted. Also I have a problem with my garage... if I go too low my R wont go into the garage.
What rates do you recommend George for since you are the most one on this board who has good knowledge about suspension?

i've been told the "stock" gc recommendation for "street" integras is 400f/300r.

I'm still on Ground Controls, too.
I'd been using 400 F / 500 R, which was pretty decent.
Just finished switch to 500 F / 700 R. Still on stock swaybars.
Remember that you shouldn't go over aroundf 500# with OEM Koni Yello.

Not at all. It was fine driving anywhere.
With the 700# springs, I have to admit I've hit a couple of bumps that've been eye openers.
