Can somebody give me directions from orange county. I know how to get to Carlsbad from my house, you just take the I5 south and get off at any of the carlsbad exits. I need to know what exit and streets to take t get there from the I5. Thanks. Also, is the track really THAT bad? Some people told me that there are WAY too many rocks and debris on the ground and it puts little knicks in your paint and body. Thanks.

 

im warning u now...before i give u the directions. CARLSBAD RACEWAY SUX ***!! u will be dissapointed withthe tiimes...TRUST ME!!

take the 5 south to palomar airport exit. make a left. take the road down. once u pass the airport, u'll see a motorcross field. the track is right next to it.

sorry i dont know the exact street name..but to be a little more specific..after you exit and make that left....you'll be on teh road for awhile.. you'll see the track on your lefthand side..

you're gonna make a left (i believe theres a burger king at the corner) then you're gonna go down a small hill and make another left into a DIRT ROAD

good luck..that first driveway is pretty steep..btw it gets really hot out there..no shade whatsoever.. oh yea dont forget to take care of all your bathroom needs aka "weight reduction" at the burger king..the bathrooms at the track are gross... trust me i learned the hardway..

 

isn't the track on an incline? heard the times are also off and is run by the local mullet wearing rednecks with Chevy tattooed on their arms

 

HAHA, yeah I was talking to Aries at Dynamics and I told him I was going there, he kept saying "so you are going to Carlesbad eh?" and sounded like that place gives him a tummy ache. I asked him how bad it really was and he said that there is a lot of debris everywhere. Personally I would rather go to Palmdale for the weekend and race there, but my friend wants to go to the one in Carlsbad this weekend real bad. I told him that I didn't think I would even run my car there, and now I am getting sugestive words from you guys telling me the same thing. Oh well, I can just go to see what it is like, If I don't like it I will just skate the Carlsbad skatepark.

do ya have to be 18 to enter the carlsbad raceway?
