B18A block with B18B head in a 95 LS. NEED HELP

B18A block with B18B head in a 95 LS. NEED HELP
The b18a block I have right now is obd0, but my caris a 95 LS. What I want to do wiht it is just switch out the blocks. I just dontknow what ECU to use since theres no knock sens. 
on the b18a and if there there was anything else that will need some attention to. I really need this to work because i just got my eagle Hbeams yesterday and I want to boost this block if possible. Any advice is helpful. And I do have the b18A head, manifolds, complete wiring harness, no ECU and no tranny.

if you are using the injectors from 95 then you have to use your original ECU, otherwise you have to find some OBD0 injectors and run the OBD0 ECU.
