Default Proper cams/valvespring/valve seal break in

I'm getting my cams, valve spring combo installed tomorrow along with new valve seals and was curious as to the proper break in period.

I've been told to let it idle for about 30min after the install and then drive it for a bit at varying rpms, but I wanted to see if anyone had any suggestions for breaking in new valve seals.

just take it easy for a while...its not as crucial as piston rings and bearings..but still let them make them selves at home before you tear into it..take for a nice easy drive..

You want varying RPM's, just bounce it off of the rev limiter for a few minute j/k
