OK is there a difference with a AUTO JDM B16. and a MANUAL JDM B16?

OK is there a difference with a AUTO JDM B16. and a MANUAL JDM B16?
i hear that there might be a difference with the cams then i hear there is nothing diferent at all.
then i hear that there is single valve springs on the auto B16.
and single valve springs on the exhaust side of the manual but on the intake side it has dual.
can someone end this argument already?
