Default Maybe you R guys will know this.
If stock ITR valve springs and/or retainers fit in a b18b head. I'm like 99% sure they don't becuase of the whole lack of vtec thing but just want to make sure.

They do not fit.

Valveseats are different.

would that just affect the valves or the valves as well as the springs?

Just retainers and valvesprings I believe.

I think all B-series exhaust valves are the same, but I could be wrong. Does anyone know for sure?
