Default 89 crx si engine code light on ecu stays on???

The LED light on the ECU stays on. What does that mean? ECU is bad?

I just did a mini me swap and the car will not start. Only wiring that I messed with is the dizzy and injectors. I tried the 98 ex dizzy first then I had to rewire the PM6 dizzy back on. I checked the igniter and the coil they checked out good. I changed the rotor and the cap, but I think they sold me the wrong one. I have a TEC dizzy and I think they sold me the cap and rotor for the other dizzy. Any suggestions? I have compression, gas, timing is set correctly, BUT NO SPARK.

Man that was fast. So you think I should get a new ECU. It was working before the mini me swap. I guess I could of messed it up if I wired up the dizzy wrong.
I'll try it and see what happens.
Thanks.
