Default Going mini-me but want more torque..

Hey I'm thinking of going mini-me, I've got the d16a6 in my rex already (90 Si) and I'm planning on swaping the head to the z6. I was wondering what else I could do while I'm at it to help raise some torque. Are there any internals of the head I could change before I put it in that would give me more power/torque? I'm already planning on changing out the cam gear, maybe my valve springs. What else would you recommend. TIA

unless you were going to change the cam or have the head P+P you not going to get any more torque out of it. It's a Honda man they are torque less but for what they lack in torque they make up with rpm

I might, well, probably will go turbo eventually, but right now that's outa my price range. Unless any1 knows of a setup I can get for not too much (what should I expect for prices?)
If I get the had P&P'd what gains would I be looking at? That is something I was thinking of doing as well, especially since I'll have it out of the car for a few weeks.
Thanks for the posts guys, keep em comin'!
