I need to know what the stock bypass valve pressure should be for 5th gen accords? I'm picking up baldwin/hastings filters, but they have a diff filter between 94-96 accords and 97+ accords (and CL's). I was under the impression nothing significant was changed between 97 and 94-96 engine wise.

14 psi larger filter or 20psi oem size filter??

What's the normal operating pressure of your vehicle?
and what's the "idiot light" cutoff pressure also?

Are there differences between your pressure and the years before/after it?

 

i drive a 94 and i dont know either of those. Was hoping someone did so I could make an educated choice on oil filters.
