Default How can my VTEC kick in at 5000rpm?

I convert my OBD2 to 1 at RAVERMOTORSPORTS and I have a uprgraded ECU(APU). I wonder how can I make my vtec kick in at 5000rpm. Do I buy a mugen chip or I just go back and let them reprogram it?

the stock gsr ecu has 2 stages of vtec....it first comes on at 4400, then the secondaries open up at 5700 rpm.

what i meant to say was vtec comes on at 4400 on the stock gsr p72 ecu...but the secondaries on the intake manifold open up at 5700 rpm..thats when most of you will hear it come on...
