First you need to know what you are doing if not have a machine shop do it for you. It can be expensive but its cheaper than buying a whole new head if you mess it up. But to do it youll need a good dremel and buy a p&p kit

My dad's currently porting and polishing his head. I'll tell you the results when it's done. If he does a good job like he should I'll let him work on my head and maybe I'll be able to learn.
