Default Universal Radiator Fan Efficiency???

Can someone tell me which of these 2 radiator fans would work best? And what do they mean by amp draw? Details on each fan in the links below...

frankly both of those look crappy...

the amp draw refers to what the amperage of the electical draw is... IE you need a 20 amp fuse... because it draws 20 amps... I can't really explain it better than that. I'm no electical guru by any stretch.

the flexalite or perma cools would both be better brands to look at.

although I'm sure either of those two would be ok.

thanx, the first one is perma cool. so if it says 6 amp draw, i would need a 6 amp fuse? so this is not plug and play, i would need to add that?
