i just finished helping my friend with a b16a2 swap in his crx hf and man was that a pain.but we have everything hooked up except for the speed sensor wire which hooks up to the tranny. is there anyway we can extend it or would we have to buy a new one? any help would be great. thanks

the speed sensor doesn't reach?, maybe one off an si will do? i'm not sure though.

 

I didn't have a problem with that when I put my B16 into my HF.
Weird?

Neither did I, but isn't a b16a2 not obd0 ? Cause if its obd1 or 2 you might need an electric vss.

yeah...but it was converted to obd0 with the help of a friend...not exactly sure what he did but i think he replaced the distributor and a couple other things.

but we're still stuck...it's about 1inch to short...if u strip the rubber covering is it just wires? could we just extend the wires? thanks
