What is the 7.5A backup fuse for underneath the hood of a 95 teg? I thought it was backup lights, but they're working fine? Here's a pic taken from somone here on the board:

 

I believe it is the back up fuse for the ECU.

 

thats one of the chosen fuses to reset the ecu also...

 

So if it's pulled, it will reset the ECU? I just noticed that it was blown on my girls car, but she's been driving it for weeks without any problems, except that the stereo reset everytime she turned off the ignition, so I just now replaced it, and the stereo works fine now. But I was wondering what else it controls? Thanks!

 

Like I said, it is the back up fuse. The clock should reset everytime the ignition is killed too.

 

thats the memory for the car.. like...some portable radio needs 2 AA batteries to keep the settings...but you can just put the 4 c batteries and will work fine...
