Problem! Car won't start after swap

Hey everyone, I have a 00 B16A from an Si in my 93 CX. I am using an LS harness and hooked up the two wires for VTEC and also I am using the stock ECU for now. But when I crank the car, it would try to start but no fuel is going into the engine. The fuel pump is not doing its job. Anyone has a clue wat the problem is? Thanx in advance.

Does the CEL come on and go off after 2 seconds?

Check ALL fuses and grounds.
