NEED HELP ASAP: IACV cel and buggy idle
hey im hoping one of you guys can help me out with this. i was running my B16a2 motor in my 95 eg with a PR3 ODB1 computer and the thing ran smooth as hell, no cels and no problems.
i now have the motor in my 98 ek and im using a P28 w/ hondata. the wiring is all correct and i have swapped the IAC with another and i still have the exact same problem.
symptoms: when i start the car it will rev to 2k like normal then come down quick to 1k then slow creep to 1.5k and stay there.. if i drive around the idle will start bopping slowly from 1.7 to 1.5k its not even a HUGE surge but just bops in place.
when it was in the EG i had perfect idle @ like around 800rpms. so i know the IAC wasnt broken, the TB wasnt messed up or clogged and its a 2000 motor. i dont know what the prob is.
can anyone shed some light on this?

btw now im running a turbo but that should really affect anything.

pulled the clip and nothing changed. thing is the wiring is right. ima have to make a plug and wire it directly to the ecu to skip the harness which might be whats at fault.
