Default Do i have to convert to OBD-I?

Ok i have a D15B7 motor I'm putting in my 88 hatchback. I have the manifold to the D15B7, but it has no fuel rail or injectors, and other miscallaneus ****. What i want to know is, would the wiring procedure for the 5th GEN civic manifold into my 88 hatch, be the same as for an 88-91 civic/crx SI manifold? Or do i have to convert to OBD-I?which would be better for power? wiring it to my 88 wiring (if possible) or converting to OBD? If it isn't possible to put that D15b7 manifold and wire it up like a 88-91 si manifold, does anyone know a site that will tell me how to convert to OBD? or if you CAN wire it up with non-OBD, which site will tell me.Thanks
