130k miles on alternator.....should I replace it or rebuild it?

130k miles on alternator.....should I replace it or rebuild it?
my motor is being rebuilt and while it is apart I was wondering what I should do with my alternator?.......its a 94 vtec if that helps

On my 86 And 90 Accords the Alternator went @ right around 200K - so in my experience that alternator is good for mmmmm 4 yrs maybe?
I have 149 XXX on my 94 VTEC ...hopeing the alternator last till 200K on this one too.
But if you still want to do something... I'd replace w/aftermarket - not with Honda unless you wanna drop like $200-250 w/out labor.

If you're planning to keep the car for better than 170k, you might as well flat out replace it while the engine is being worked on. If not, you can probably get away with a rebuild.
