Can you use a b20 gasket from honda? Or are they different? You can put a b16 head on a b20 block so i would think you could use the b20 head gasket on a b16 block.

No because of the oil supply holes in the VTEC head and block, you can use the B20 Gasket for a B20/Vtec because you plug this hole anyways but on a straight 84mm B16 you need a Cometic gasket or ***gulp** Golden Eagle bored stock gasket. Good luck.
