Turn Signal plastic cover popped loose..

Turn Signal plastic cover popped loose..
I washed my car (EP3) yesterday and noticed my turn signal marker on the front bumper had popped out a little bit. I tried pushing it back in but it didnt work. Do they just snap on or what? Is it something I can fix or should I just take it to a dealer. THanks guys.
