..Help, Smoke from gear box.......
I was driving along and out of no where the RPM's start going crazy and smoke starts to come from the gear box. What could be the cause of that? It's a 91 Honda Accord

Manual transmission? Sounds like your clutch is toast.
Automatic? Check fluid level/color/smell. If it's burnt, then your transmission's toast. (clutch packs, etc...)
Either way, smoke is bad.
