3. They are charging me $60 per rim to powder coat my 17x7.5 VOLK TE-37, is that a good price?

there is a place in hayward by the old skunk2/group A shop which did nice work. look it up in the yellow pages.

and remember to tell them not to bead blast it. it might pit the wheel. tell them to use walnut shells.
