13" wheels on a vtec prelude

will 13" rotors for and clear the vtec rotors and calipers?

no way
13"wheels will not cover 13" rotors, maybe 15" wheels, or 16" for sure.

you can run 15's, but that's going to be the smallest

why the hell do u want 13s anyway? is it a rally or street car?

you can run a wide array of slicks w/ a 13. but no they wont fit, if you really wanted you could downgrade to the s brakes.

I think what he want to know is if useing stock brakes will a 13" wheel fit? He needs the wheels for slicks.
