What kind of power from B18c1 bottom, b16 head w/type r cams and 10psi?

What kind of power from B18c1 bottom, b16 head w/type r cams and 10psi?
Is this engine setup good for some power? Or will the cams work against me. Or would this be a nice cheap way to make equiv power to a turbo b18c5
